In-person work with hybrid flexibility
We take the pandemic seriously and prioritize the health of employees and their families. We are still fundamentally an in-person company when possible. Because we take on complex problems that don’t have obvious solutions, we find it extremely valuable to work through these problems together in person. Sharing space helps us collaborate closely and come up with solutions beyond what any of us could do on our own... Plus Wan tells great stories at lunch, and Simon makes amazing espresso.
Having said this, we want to bring the lessons of remote work with us moving forward, so we offer flexibility around partial working from home. We also encourage employees to take a month a year to work from anywhere in the world.
